(Communique from F.A.A.F anarcho-nihilist cell) A few days after organic actions erupted by furious individuals in Indonesia, the state immediately panicked. An extraordinary focus was placed on containing them. The rulers’ anxiety became exposed when wild voices and actions tore at their stability. The comrades’ incitement was not mere words; it was nourishment feeding the embers, igniting the fire of rebellion in the chest of every individual who refuses to bow. Meanwhile, the leftists—even those who claim to be anarchists—busy themselves with disgusting strategies. They imagine they can dictate the direction of human rage toward a new order after the state collapses. In reality, the state does not simply crumble. It endures through a combination of intelligence, the moralization of action, and pathetic petitions that shake nothing. In contrast, the FAAF (bunch of crazy people) chose another path: inciting, provoking, and arming furious individuals so that rebellion may reach its peak. This is what is honest: pushing individuals to act, not arguing over ethics and the counting of bodies. Revolution never falls from the sky; it is always born from spilled blood. Those who deny this fact merely nurture the illusion of a revolution without sacrifice. We do not believe in the state’s concept of justice. Justice is nothing more than a tool to keep authority alive. Through human rights, the state pretends to grant us freedoms—when in truth those rights are born from our very existence as humans, not from the hands of rulers. The greatest irony is when those who call themselves anarchists beg the state to uphold justice. Is that not the most naked form of obedience? Is it not simply a subtle way of still pleading with authority? To free life from the shell called the state means recognizing: the state never has, and never will, realize our aspirations. It only provides anesthesia in the form of jobs, duties, and soothing routines, while at the same time stripping away our autonomy. Therefore, there is no option left but to attack. Attack is the truest form of solidarity—far clearer than the lofty theories of drunk youths shouting “revolution” without ever touching the reality of struggle. No entity has the right to control or grant us rights. Every individual holds their own path, their own way of life, their own choices. We are sick of the “red-plate anarchists” who busy themselves dressing power in new faces. They speak of humanity, equality, and revolution, yet in the end it remains power, merely polished to appear gentle. We do not believe in that. If the state collapses, let every individual carve their own way—rather than be forced into a new order just as rotten as the old. Our choice is clear: incite, arm, and attack. For only in attack can true freedom be asserted. *** Interview | ~~ **On September 3rd 2025 we (Warzone Distro) were asked by some friends from the colonized territory of so-called Indonesia to relay perspectives from the battleground of what they call The Parade of Rebellion Against Indonesia.** ---- **Warzone Distro:** Compared to the colonized territory known as america, anarcho-nihilism and acts of insurrection seem to be more common out there. Why do you think this is? Is there a history of this where you are? **F.A.A.F Cell members:** As for history, we do not know it for certain. However, this emergence may have been caused by the proliferation of discourses spread by anarcho-nihilist accounts, as well as the distribution of books and zines by anarchist publishers. Moreover, as we know, most nihilists are individuals who are fed up, angry, and pessimistic. From all of this a powerful weapon is born—a weapon whose coming we never realized, a weapon that gives us immense strength to rebel. This emergence is also sometimes caused by offers that are more realistic than those given by the red groups such as perhimpunan merdeka and the like. We may not be as numerous, but we are far more dangerous. Debate is commonplace, but nihilists here are, in our view, closely connected to post-left discourse. Rather than choosing the leftists’ call to build a revolution, nihilists are more relaxed yet mischievous in facing their enemies. Yes, we call them michievous individuals. And one more thing: the greatest influence does not come from what we have mentioned above. The greatest influence comes from the state—capitalism—society itself. This is what helps form a new shell called the rebel. **Warzone Distro:** Could you explain from your personal experience why many young people where you are find more affinity with anarcho-nihilism, egoism and vegan total liberation rather than traditional leftist ideologies? **F.A.A.F Cell members:** What we consume—readings on egoism, anarcho-nihilism, total liberation (veganism, etc.)—is far more appealing than anarcho-communism, or anarcho-capitalism (the most pathetic of all). We call them NGO anarchists, hahaha. Anarchists who choose a safe and comfortable space to “rebel.” Many of them indeed follow NGOs. In short, it depends on how people open themselves to what they read and feel. Figures such as Pustaka Catut once had a messianic spirit. We respected him a lot; he contributed to the translation of post-left texts. But today he thinks that nothing is more important than preparing an organization for the post-collapse of the state. For us, that is nonsense. What we desire today is the collapse of this entire world order. **Warzone Distro:** Could you give us some background context for why there has been a recent insurgency against the Indonesian state and colonial establishment? **F.A.A.F Cell members:** The actions in August were profoundly organic—grand yet brutal. The insurgent wolves rose from their long sleep. It began with an action in Pati, Central Java, demanding the resignation of the regent after government-controlled land taxes skyrocketed. This triggered a massive wave of protest. Soon after, national issues such as the salary increase of DPR members surfaced, along with the mass raising of One Piece flags, which became a trending topic. One Piece, a series watched by millions in Indonesia, turned itself into an anti-authoritarian symbol. At the same time, we issued a call to celebrate 80 years of Indonesia’s independence with a mass burning of the red-and-white flag. The bloody record of President Prabowo Subianto also became a central issue. He was a military general in the 1990s, involved in the Kopassus “Rose Operation”—a history drenched in blood. Meanwhile, the DPR (House of Representatives) is filled with fools, celebrities, and opportunists—something the left took quite seriously in spreading agitation. In addition, cases such as urban village evictions, mining exploitation, corruption, arrests of resisting Indigenous peoples, killings in West Papua, and more—all ignited a three-day wave of rebellion. This was an uprising both organic and sporadic. Those who rebelled were not anarchists in the strict sense of anarchist ideology. They were more in that their actions went beyond anarchism itself. And those who first took to the streets were mostly high school students and the urban poor. For us, this was the perfect moment to arm them. Courage spread quickly after the death of one martyr, Affan, an online motorcycle taxi driver, who was crushed by a police armored vehicle. As we imagined, the wave quickly became a tsunami against the state and its enforcers. Fires were set not only at police posts but also at major police headquarters. In Jakarta, the masses held out for four days, followed by similar spontaneous actions in other regions—burning government buildings and looting not only government offices but also the homes of DPR members and the wealthy. But the insurrectionists also had to confront the flood of trash narratives: accusations of us destroying public facilities, the loss of lives, and so on. Those who opposed the actions were mostly the middle class, fascist bigots, and fanatical nationalists. Thus, the war of discourse raged on social media. “Anarchist” became a trending topic nationwide. The state even armed civilians to fight against us. And, as usual, left-anarchists issued terrible statements. At this point, we chose to withdraw from the crowd for a moment—to breathe, and to prepare a better strategy. Because, as we know, the most important thing in struggle or insurrection is: do not get caught. This rebellion was fluid and brutal—the most ferocious since the failed Reformasi. Even if not a single resignation or dissolution of government occurred, it marked a turning point. We will remain steadfast and continue to act and spread rebellion. A storm may be striking us now, but we remain firm—once again, we remain firm on this path. FORWARD, ICONOCLASTS! **Warzone Distro:** Could you give us more background on the people who have been killed so far? **F.A.AF Cell members:** There were two types of deaths: from the people and from the government’s side. A total of nine died in this uprising. Thousands more were arrested and criminalized. When speaking of freedom, can it be achieved instantly—like praying and expecting it to appear? To achieve it, does it not require blood, even lives, to bring it into being? Today, left-anarchists and liberals are busy with such talk. Humanitarian ideas, or whatever they call them. To us, they are cowards and naïve. **Warzone Distro:** What obstacles have you and other insurgents faced during the course of this uprising? **F.A.A.F Cell members:** As we mentioned earlier, we are faced with a massive storm. The battle does not stop with the state—it extends to society itself. The tame society and the state are terrified of these actions. They hide and touch only their screens to spread their rotten conspiracies. We may be facing the storm, but we can bring them the apocalypse. We call this: The Parade of Rebellion Against Indonesia. **Warzone Distro:** The american government utilizes a variety of high-tech surveillance tools in order to monitor and imprison anarchists. We feel this advanced technology ultimately discourages insurrectionary potential. What is surveillance technology like out there and how do you overcome the fear of being caught and imprisoned? **F.A.A.F Cell members:** We call this era an apocalyptic era. Catastrophe is not only about natural upheavals that strike and crush all beings—it is the State itself. Yes, the State is humanity’s greatest catastrophe. The State constructs a civilization that is nothing less than the most tangible time-machine of destruction. The State builds power, authority, and everything else through morality, labor, and the whole order that intoxicates humanity. Beyond this, we believe anarchists already know. However different the analyses of root problems may be within anarchist thought. Concerning technology: in Indonesia, many tools are already being used to weaken and criminalize anarchists. Before going deeper into the technological mechanisms of repression, let us first consider this definition: technology is an instrument that facilitates the advance of civilization and life. Which means, not only gadgets or high-tech devices popularized by military and intelligence corporations. There is also another kind of technology used by intelligence services to weaken us: ideology—producing and strengthening bigotry. Indonesia even buys sophisticated weapons from Zionist Israel. We read an investigative report from an independent journalist in Indonesia that uncovered the state’s entanglement with Zionism. Even though in Indonesia the masses loudly support Palestine, they are ignorant—never knowing, never caring about these hidden ties. They are deceived, easily. For example, even the simple matter of boycotting Zionist-supporting products—they are incapable. They shout loudly but stumble in practice. This society is also the loudest in screaming about rejecting Israel. Yet in their daily lives, they do nothing at all. The same is true with recent uprisings. Before the riots, the middle classes shouted for fire. But when the fire truly spread and burned, they whimpered. Yes —society itself is the most sophisticated technology fostered by the Indonesian State. Now let us name some of the Israeli intelligence weapons purchased by Indonesian apparatus: 1. BriefCam – video analytics software from Israel capable of Video Synopsis. BriefCam compresses hours of CCTV footage into short clips, allowing fast tracking of specific objects, people, or vehicles. 2. Cellebrite UFED (Universal Forensic Extraction Device) – an Israeli digital forensics device designed to extract, decrypt, and analyze data from phones, tablets, and other digital devices, even locked ones. This tool allows investigators to seize messages, photos, call logs, and app data for evidence. 3. WINT/Helios – an interception and tactical intelligence system from Israeli company Wintego Systems. It infiltrates cellular networks and captures communication data in real time: messages, conversations, location, and internet activity—without the user’s knowledge. 4. Candiru (aka Saito Tech) – an Israeli spyware company developing Cyber Intelligence Infiltration/Exfiltration Systems. It can infiltrate computers and phones to steal data, monitor communications, and even control the target system. 5. Pegasus – spyware from Israel’s NSO Group that infiltrates phones via zero-click exploits, enabling full access to messages, calls, camera, microphone, and location without the user’s awareness. Marketed as counter-terrorism tools, but widely reported to be abused to spy on journalists, activists, and political opposition. And these are only a handful of the weapons purchased from Zionist Israel. How do we confront fear and prison? We strengthen friendship and trust, always striving to move beyond the boundaries of friendship. The sharpest weapon we have is comradeship. Our animal instincts are strong enough to sense who is a friend and who is not. Friendship need not be large in numbers. We trust our FAI network. Informality is our effort to evade the enemy. Anarchy will never die, so long as it does not become an institution or a massive organization. Anarchy lives on as a storm—unseen, yet dangerous to its enemies. Informality makes it harder for them to identify decentralized anarchist individuals and groups. We call this “swarm intelligence.” Let us reflect: an individual’s action in a complex group can influence the group to act “similarly,” as if coordinated—though no command, no order exists. Further, each individual may have differing views on methods and ideology. Consider what makes a school of herring suddenly turn with perfect coordination within a fraction of a second, as though they were one organism? Such collective ability astonishes even biologists. This behavior—individuals moving together in great numbers without centralized coordination (a swarm)—has become a hot topic among observers studying rioters in France in recent decades, or protesters in Hong Kong (2019–2020) who managed to outmaneuver police. Simple tools like SMS or Telegram enabled the rise of “smart mobs” used by rioters, creating dangerous packs of hyenas. Biologists and military technologists are also studying swarm intelligence. Their research helps explain how decisions are made in groups of thousands. The beauty of swarm intelligence lies in this: decentralized control, responses to local information, simple rules—yet producing complex and effective collective behavior. Research concludes that crowds only become wise when individuals act responsively and make their own decisions. A group can never be strong or intelligent if its members only imitate, obey orders, or wait for instructions. A strong and intelligent group depends on each member doing their part effectively. This lesson applies beyond riots: if we act as individuals within a group rather than a passive mass, our strength emerges. Animal groups can build complex habitats, evade predators, and respond in critical moments—all relying on individual sensitivity to local information, direct communication, and simultaneous responsiveness, while maintaining universal group patterns. Some strategies may seem obvious (“we’ve already been doing this all along!”), yet their results are complex and effective. Swarm intelligence does not require unanimity or identical thinking—it thrives in unusual, decentralized decision-making. Adopting this strategy clearly benefits decentralized groups. But as we all know, red anarchists, leftists, or communists reject it. You can draw your own conclusions. In difficult situations, this vile society of spectacle is another obstacle. The panopticon is not only cameras—but society itself. At times, we protect ourselves by becoming like chameleons. This technique helps us gather enemy information and shield ourselves from them. And prison—as we know—is a cruel Aristotelian structure. We always remind our comrades: the one principle is “never get caught.” Being an anarchist in Indonesia is a difficult choice. We face prisons, panopticons, and enemies everywhere. Yet we encourage each other to stand firm in the storm. We do not retreat. We will fight for what we fight for: the abolition of the State, the destruction of prisons, and techno-industrial collapse. Total annihilation! ----- “Akheiron” hell found headless before the gate of life. death and heaven look at its corpse without feeling anything. in the city of language, meta-poetry and prose, doll factories, companies of money and numbers crushed it. a shadow stitches a black hole in a grieving chest— a statue. and I a burnt corpse, hanging, an anarchist with severed hands and feet, stoned by laws, sentenced to a thousand years of prison. for me, life is the carcass of a hyena rotting beneath a rain of maggots. 2021 ---- **Warzone Distro:** Last but not least, is there anything you want to say to the anarchists reading this zine, specifically here in the colonized territory of “america”? **F.A.A.F Cell members:** Even though we may never have met or greeted each other directly, we remain connected. Our hearts are very close, we know and love each other. We are lovers filled with love. Never doubt your comrades. Go beyond the barriers that limit your friendships. Solidarity means attack. And right now many of our comrades have been arrested under charges of terrorism. The comrades we love are now behind iron bars—facing threats, beatings, and more. Yet even in prison, our comrades stand tall. We ask for solidarity for the anarchist prisoners of the social war in Indonesia from comrades in America and across the world. Today we are facing difficult times. But we continue to fight and stand firm, spreading fire. The fire within us is eternal, and we will keep igniting others. Solidarity also for all anarchist prisoners across the world! LONG LIVE ANARCHY! LONG LIVE INSURRECTION! LONG LIVE SOLIDARITY! UNTIL ALL PRISONS ARE REDUCED TO RUBBLE! *** Call to Arms | Call to Arms: Insurrectionary Solidarity with Indonesia *Communique from FAI Indonesia:* Since the 25th, the flames of rebellion have scorched the oppressive forces in Indonesia, igniting a fierce uprising against a regime that thrives on violence and subjugation. This is no fleeting moment; it is a throbbing heartbeat of resistance from those long denied their rights. The loss of ten lives in this struggle only deepens our resolve to confront the state and its henchmen. As the government unleashes military brutality, kidnaps activists, and engages in sinister cyber warfare, we are reminded: “Insurrection is the most logical weapon of the masses.” It is time to act- our fury must unite as a force beyond borders! Comrades across the globe, rise! Attack Indonesian interests wherever they are found. Disrupt the machinery of oppression with every act of defiance. Join the clash, amplify the voices of the oppressed, and make it clear: our resistance knows no bounds. Together, we can dismantle the techno-industrial civilisation! **Federasi Informal Anarkis** *** FUCK THEM ALL. | **FUCK THEM ALL.** (An urgent message sent to us from insurgents wanting to relay a few words from the streets) Last night, our friend Pem got snatched by the police, and we still don’t know what charges they’ll throw at him. This morning, they’re out there in the media, trying to make a spectacle of mass arrests, calling us “provocateurs” and “outside agitators.” And they’re naming names—**our names.** The usual traitor of this post-industrial capitalism such as “leftists,” the NGOs, and even the so-called anarchists have **betrayed** us by becoming the echo chamber of State narratives. They’re dancing in the state’s echo chamber, spreading their lies and slander. They’re parroting the ruling class narrative, blaming the **rioters**, blaming anyone who dares use insurrectionary tactics to tear down this civilization. The same people who once claimed solidarity now **help the state** track us down, label us as criminals or outside agitator, and destroy everything we’ve fought for. They even parroting the same narrative of “rioters caused the death of several people”. Yes this is you Page Against the Machine (anarchist publisher in Indonesia). Are you glad now for the massive arrest? YOU ALSO DON’T DO SHIT WHEN THE POLICE KILLED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN A FOOTBALL STADIUM. YOUR ILLITERATE ARGUMENT CLEARLY SHOWS THE LIMITATION OF YOUR NANO BRAIN. **Page Against the Machine**? This self-proclaimed anarchist publisher seems to have more than just personal sentiment towards insurrectionary tactics. You know what? FUCK YOU AND YOUR MORALITY. You’ve become nothing more than state-funded hacks. You’ve lost the plot. You’re not anti-authoritarian— you’re just another cog in the machine, shilling for the status quo.Stop blaming the justified anger of the public—especially when that anger stems from real tragedies, like accidental deaths—not from people attacking each other. Don’t twist the truth to suit your image. Keep selling your so-called radical books and posing as a rebellious musician, saying stupid things on stage—but know this: we’re done with fakes like you. We see through it now. Now, they’re hunting us down. They’re digging through our words, our actions, and our identities to silence us. They think by naming us, by locking us up, by calling us criminals, they can stop the insurrection. But this is far bigger than them. **We’re not here to play by their rules.** **Fuck the state. Fuck their cops. Fuck their media. Fuck their NGOs.** All of you who sit comfortably in your homes, watching from your screens, pretending to give a shit—you’re part of the problem. You enable this civilization, this industrial system, this death culture, and now you’ve thrown us into the firing line. **You don’t get to call yourselves anarchists if you’re backing the very structure that oppresses us.** We are **the problem**. The pigs are terrified of us because we stand against the very foundations of this system, this world. They want to destroy us? Fine. Let them try. But we won’t stop. We won’t be silent. We won’t go back into the cages they’ve built for us. **FUCK YOU.** We’re just getting started. — Anarchists
September 5th, 2025 *** We cannot be tamed... | ~~ We cannot be tamed, nor can we be destroyed! Rebellion in Indonesia is a festival of joy. A wild dance without leaders or commands, a current so fluid it sends rulers and the rich stumbling, fleeing in fear. We are the shadow in their palaces, a threat more real than theory itself. We are not born of stale leftist consolidations, but from the fire that strikes directly at the heart of the state—the total dismantling of power and capitalism. Today, the rulers and their soldiers have not yet unleashed their military operations to cage this wildness—though they might. Instead, they weave rotten tales and false fears, herding the middle class, influencers, and the priests of NGOs as shields to divide the enraged. They turn their Ideological and Repressive Apparatus into playthings, they conjure smoke as nothing more than false terror, as distractions to scatter focus. Yet with eyes blazing at the sight of chaos, we call out to comrades: stand firm and do not waver. The breath of rebellion has never been strangled. The state has never been able to kill it. We are roots that spread endlessly. We are the rhizome—uncut, unbroken, and unkillable. And now, in this very moment, the rulers, the bosses, and their allies tremble before what cannot be tamed. We are always here.
We will multiply.
